Pauvre petit, il est en danger et en souffrance à rester errant. Espérons qu'il n'ai pas été abandonné à cet endroit. Essayez de le mettre en sécurité en lui proposant eau et nourriture, un vétérinaire pourra vérifier s'il est identifié, le contrôle est gratuit et sans rendez vous. Merci de voir si son maitre a pu laisser un signalement en mairie ou sur un site parmi les perdus mais qu'il soit bien rendu sur justificatifs prouvant qu'il s'agit bien du maitre.
