I have been working with Pawsitive ground Search since the beginning. Thank
You for your care and for sending all this information. - Chester’s family
I am still looking for my dog. Thank you for your help.
Chester has been seen twice crossing County Road 90 at Smith Road near Barrie Ontario early June 2025, right where he was lost summer 2023. Sightings nearby that intersection by home owner and school bus driver. Also been seen eating off the ground at the snack bar of Barrie Paintball.
Seen a white dog that looked like this one running around berry paintball site last summer.
@franklyfrank Thank you for your message! It could help find Chester. Do you happen to remember where you saw him at the paint ball site and which direction he went? Do you remember hearing dog tags jingling? It could help the pawsitive ground search team if you remember any details. Lisa
it was last summer at the place with the old airplains near one of brbeq area. could hear dog tags. hope you find the dog.
I think we saw a dog looked like this when we were cooking on t Barrie Paintball’s grills maybe midnight last night. He ran close by a couple a times. Called him, Offered him sausage and some water and he was gone. It sounded he was running in a circle around us a few times in the dark. We left the water and some food for him.
Thanks Amy,
So Saturday around around midnight, thank you for the sighting. I think Barrie Paintball closes at 6pm, are there usually late night bbqs there? Did you happen to notice which we he went the last time he ran off?
Did you hear dog tags jingling when he was running?
I'm aslo curious how you found this message thread? I posted Chester on several lost dog sites and I'm curious how people find this one.
Do you live around there?
Thanks so much
Lisa
Also which barrie paintball? There are two different ones with the same name.
Thanks
One more question from the ground search team I'm working with, did you see a collar on this dog?
Thank you!
Lids
The big place on 10th line. The paintball birthday partys go until eleven and we stayed longer.
I didn't see a collar, maybe a tag but I didn't see much. I think we could hear him running in leaves. A couple guys were trying to lure him with food.
I searched for "lost dog small white barrie" and a few ads and dog sites came up. I didn't want to call the number because we don't have your dog. It says writing here you'll get the message.
Sorry I can't help more.
Amy

Chester got out the door and ran across County Road 90 a busy highway August 27 2023 while I was visiting up north. There are many confirmed sightings since then. He is being tracked by Pawsitive Ground Search Team. Last seen June 1 2025 County Road 90 and Smith Road, very near where he was lost. Any sightings appreciated.
