Small chihuahua mix long haired walking on the sidewalk and eating food scraps. He has a collar but I couldn't get close enough to read it as he was quite sciddish. At least I think he was a boy, I'm not 100% sure! He is a bit chubby, and was quite fast and wouldn't let me touch him. After some blocks I lost track of him. But it was all on this same main street.
