Cumberland is a soft haired, beige miniature Dachsund. He was being walked close to Holwood Place / Alphonsus Road by a friend of the owner. He slipped his collar and ran off. They were walking towards Clapham Common. He is microchipped but now without his collar. The owner is a young lady called Sophie Taylor
