Espérons que ce pauvre loulou puisse être vite mis en sécurité avec eau et nourriture et qu'il soit identifié (contrôle vétérinaire gratuit, sans rendez vous) Voir si son maitre a pu laisser un signalement en mairie et regardez sur les sites parmi les perdus si vous en voyez un pouvant correspondre. Merci pour lui, en danger et en souffrance à rester errant
