que dit la loi au sujet de ces colliers :
Quels sont les colliers interdits pour les chiens ?

donc à mon avis si c'est son maitre qui lui a mis ce collier il n'est pas réglo et il y a beaucoup de questions à se poser à son sujet, pour moi il vaudrait mieux qu'il ne retrouve pas son maitre (façon de dire en plus si il en a 1 !!!)
