Personne pour réagir et mettre ce pauvre loulou en sécurité avec eau et nourriture ? il est peut-être identifié, le contrôle vétérinaire est gratuit et sans rendez vous. Voir si son maitre a pu laisser un signalement en mairie ou sur un site parmi les perdus. Merci pour lui qui est en danger et en souffrance à rester errant

Sinon, faites-le si vous le revoyez, car il n'a aucune chance de survie à terme...

Dans tous les cas : prévenez la mairie de la commune concernée.
Les maires sont légalement responsables des animaux errant sur leur territoire, qu'ils soient blessés ou non, et doivent organiser leur prise en charge et leurs soins (Art. L211-21 et L211-22 du CRPM).

Suivez bien les conseils d'Azur ci-dessus et merci de nous tenir au courant.
