Espérons que ce pauvre loulou puisse être vite mis en sécurité et qu'il soit identifié. Voir si son maitre a pu laisser un signalement en mairie et regardez sur les sites parmi les perdus si vous en voyez un pouvant correspondre. Merci pour lui, en danger et en souffrance à rester errant. Essayez de le mettre en sécurité en lui proposant à manger

Prévenez la mairie de la commune concernée.
Les maires sont légalement responsables des animaux errant sur leur territoire, qu'ils soient blessés ou non, et doivent organiser leur prise en charge et leurs soins (Art. L211-21 et L211-22 du CRPM).

Suivez bien les conseils ci-dessus et merci de nous tenir au courant.
