Une race ou une photo svp ? Merci de le mettre en sécurité afin qu'un vétérinaire vérifie s'il est identifié et regardez sur les sites parmi les perdus si vous en voyez un pouvant correspondre. Merci pour lui, en danger et en souffrance à rester errant. Ne le rendre que sur justificatifs prouvant qu'il s'agit bien du maitre

Sinon, faites-le si vous le revoyez, car il n'a aucune chance de survie à terme...

Dans tous les cas : prévenez la mairie de la commune concernée.
Les maires sont légalement responsables des animaux errant sur leur territoire, qu'ils soient blessés ou non, et doivent organiser leur prise en charge et leurs soins (Art. L211-21 et L211-22 du CRPM).

Suivez bien les conseils d'Azur ci-dessus et merci de nous tenir au courant.
