This woman and man (Bernice & Robert Welles) stole our rescue puppy. We have ownership documents and they refused to return the dog when it was discovered they stole him. We filed police reports and know who they are. They have threatened to “nuke” my home if I came after them but my main priority is the safety and wellbeing of this puppy and the couple is not mentally stable nor sane. Please help us return our baby boy rightfully where he belongs! Length of time someone stole a dog doesn’t determine ownership. They think they are entitled to him because they evaded police and think we will drop this but we won’t stop til he’s back with us in our loving caring nurturing arms.
